Grilled Cheese with Garlic Confit and Arugula
Ingredients:
8 thin slices rye bread
1/4 cup Twisted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Garlic Confit (see recipe in main menu)
4oz baby arugula
8oz grated cheddar, gruyere, fontina, or manchego
Directions:
Brush one side of bread with Twisted Garlic EVOO
Spread Cheese on non-oiled side of 4 slices
Add some arugula on top of the cheese
Spread confit on non-oiled side of remaining slices and press firmly onto cheese and arugula slices
Saute in large pan on medium heat about 3-5 min on each side until golden brown
