Mango Olive Oil Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Twisted Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 cups chopped and peeled ripe mangos

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 3/4 cups sugar

Directions:

  • Place mango and lemon juice into food processor and puree until smooth

  • Add sugar and Twisted Traditional EVOO and puree until smooth and creamy

  • Transfer mix to a chilled loaf pan and freeze at least 4 hours

  • Allow to soften before serving
