Mango Olive Oil Sorbet
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Twisted Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cups chopped and peeled ripe mangos
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cups sugar
Directions:
Place mango and lemon juice into food processor and puree until smooth
Add sugar and Twisted Traditional EVOO and puree until smooth and creamy
Transfer mix to a chilled loaf pan and freeze at least 4 hours
Allow to soften before serving
