Green Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
3 tbs lemon juice
1&1/2 tbs nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup, honey, or agave
1/2 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar, close the lid, and shake until emulsified. Adjust as needed.
This dressing keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
